I. GENERAL PROVISIONS CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Terms and Conditions are issued by the promoter “The Sunny Hill SH.P.K.” of event “Sunny Hill Festival”, which will take place on 04-07.08.2022 in Pristina – Kosovo, Sunny Hill Festival Park, entered in the register of companies by the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Government of Kosovo, under registration number 810123159, VAT number 330389678, under the name “The Sunny Hill SH.P.K”.
2. The Terms and Conditions are intended for all persons who will be staying in the area where Sunny Hill Festival will be taking place. Every person staying in this area in the course of the Event is obliged to abide by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The terms used in the Terms and Conditions hereunder shall have the following meaning: “Ticket”: an individual permit of admission to Sunny Hill Festival, which must be exchanged for a wristband (Wristband) when entering Event Venue for the first time. “Wristband”: a Wristband issued by the Promoter at the entrance of the Event Venue in exchange for a Ticket; Wristband has the form of a wristband, the design of which is established by The Promoter, fixed permanently on the wrist; Wristband can be used by one person, damaging or tearing off of Wristband makes it invalid; transfer of Wristbands is forbidden; Wristbands will have different colors in order to identify the person’s ticket, whether it’s VIP or a regular attendee.
4. The Security Service will be appointed by The Promoter, The Sunny Hill SH.P.K., including the employees of a security agency, carrying ID badges, to ensure the safety of persons participating in the Event as well as to control the rights of Participants to enter Event Venue. The Security Service and Information Service members possess ID badges placed where they are visible, containing: the name of the issuer, identification number, and photograph, expiry date, the stamp and signature of the issuer;
5. Event Participant may be a minor up to 16 years of age (under the supervision of an adult person) after purchasing Tickets for both the minor and the adult; purchasing the tickets does not concern a minor under 3 years of age. Minors over 16 years of age may participate in the Festival without adult supervision. Parents and guardians are obliged to possess a document confirming the first and last name and the age of the child. If there is no document confirming the child’s age, there is an obligation of purchasing a ticket for a child, or admission to the Festival is impossible. Entrance to VIP areas is limited to adults of 18 and over. People under the age of 18 will not be allowed to enter the VIP areas.
PLEASE NOTE:
Your name and surname on the festival ticket should match your identity on the personal ID card. To enter the festival venue, you MUST show your festival ticket and your personal ID card. Every ticket holder will be provided with a festival bracelet, which in any case MUST not be damaged or lost. In case you do not have the bracelet, you will not be allowed to re-enter the festival venue. The ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please do not share your ticket with your QR being shown, as you risk giving away your ticket to be used by someone else.
II. SALE OF TICKETS
6. Tickets are sold only at authorized points of sale and as electronic tickets are available at ticketing.festtix.co.uk. Tickets may be sold solely at face value. The list of authorized points of sale is available at http://sunnyhillfestival.com/pos.
7. To get into the site you will have to show your ticket that will be scanned to check it. It will be necessary to have your identity card or passport on you at all times, as it is obligatory to show it before or while picking up and exchanging your tickets, or if required by security staff on the Sunny Hill Festival Park site. Under no circumstances will wristbands be issued without being attached to the user’s wrist by the festival’s personnel.
8. Only the scanning of the full festival ticket card or day ticket card and the wristband correctly attached to your wrist will allow you to enter the festival. If you lose the wristband or the card or they are in bad condition, you will not be able to enter.
9. Sunny Hill Festival will not use data provided by registered customers on sunnyhillfestival.com for commercial or communication purposes, unless clients express their permission to do so, under the terms specified in the law. Clients authorize the use of personal data for marketing purposes by Sunny Hill Festival. Sunny Hill Festival automatically collects information from your computer browser, and your connection (IP address), to control the access to the site and to determine user profiles and patterns of behavior.
10. The ticket-holder recognizes that he/she may appear on images taken on the festival site by different media and that these may be used for informative purposes and that he/she authorizes such use which will be the responsibility of the media concerned.
11. Possession of a ticket does not grant its holder or third parties the right to use the ticket or its contents for purposes related to advertising, marketing or promotions (including, contests, gifts and/or raffles) associated with the ticket holder or third parties.
III. RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF EVENT PARTICIPANTS
12. Promoter informs that Event Participants, as well as any other persons staying in Event Venue, will be continuously exposed to loud sound, which may cause hearing damage. During Event, stroboscopic lights will be used. 13. The Promoter also records the proceedings of Event for documentation purposes as well as promotion and advertising of Event and events in the following years, the Promoter and sponsors.
14. The Visitor acknowledges that the VIP parts are not continuously open, their opening and closing times may be determined by Sunny Hill Festival Staff unilaterally depending on the number of people interested, and so the VIP wristbands entitle to entry and stay depending on the actual opening hours of the VIP parts, that is, their validity period may differ from the validity period of the Ticket for the given day.
15. Visitors are required to refrain from all actions, statements or behavior which endanger the life, health or physical well-being of others or which may violate others’ personal rights. Visitors are required to pay special attention to the protection of natural resources on the sites of the Festival and must refrain from harming these natural resources.
16. No alcoholic beverages may be served to minors under the age of eighteen and to intoxicated individuals by any vendor at the Festival. The use of substances qualifying as banned drugs pursuant to the laws in effect is prohibited in the area of the Festival and is punishable by law. Sunny Hill Festival reserves the right to introduce a system at any given Event by which alcohol may only be served to Visitors if the given Visitor shows certification, provided following prior or first identification, that they are entitled to be served alcohol (e.g. a wristband).
